Reporting & data access setup with DPDP compliance

Your teams need data, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act sets rules on how personal data is used. We build reporting stacks that give analysts what they need while protecting personal data and logging every access.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the DPDP Act?

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is India's data protection law. It governs how organisations collect, process and keep personal data, with obligations around consent, purpose limitation, security safeguards and data principal rights.

Can analysts still do useful work with masked data?

Yes. Most analysis works on masked or tokenised identifiers. Raw values are available only to approved roles for specific purposes, and that access is logged.

Do you provide legal advice on DPDP?

No. We implement the technical controls. We work alongside your legal or compliance advisers, who interpret the law for your business.

Which tools do you support?

BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL and MySQL reporting replicas, Metabase, Looker Studio, Superset and similar tools.
