Cloud deployment & migration on AWS and Google Cloud
We set up new environments the right way, or move existing workloads with minimal downtime. Migrations from on-premise or any other cloud to AWS are free for eligible workloads. Every migration has a tested rollback path, and every environment is handed over as code.

Everything you need, nothing you don't
New production environments
Landing zones, networking, IAM, compute, databases, CI/CD and observability, ready for production.
Lift, shift & improve
We move workloads as they are when speed matters, and modernise along the way where it pays off.
Containers & Kubernetes
GKE, EKS, Cloud Run, ECS and Fargate, with autoscaling, secrets management and safe rollouts.
Database migration
Replication-based moves with continuous sync, so data cutover takes minutes.
Rollback built in
Every cutover has a rehearsed rollback path and clear go/no-go criteria.
Team enablement
Runbooks, walkthroughs and pairing sessions so your engineers can run the platform themselves.
How an engagement runs
Discover
We inventory applications, dependencies, data volumes, SLAs and compliance requirements.
Design
Target architecture, sizing, cost estimate and migration waves.
Build & script
Infrastructure as code, data replication and automated tests.
Rehearse & cut over
Dry runs on production-sized data, then a planned cutover window.
Hand over
CloudFormation or Terraform templates, runbooks, dashboards and training.
Homogeneous and heterogeneous, both scripted
Homogeneous
Same engine, new home: MySQL to Cloud SQL or RDS, PostgreSQL to AlloyDB or Aurora, or self-managed to managed services. Replication-based cutover keeps downtime to minutes.
MySQL → AuroraPostgres → AlloyDBVMs → GKE / EKSHeterogeneous
Different engine or cloud: AWS to GCP and back, Oracle or SQL Server to PostgreSQL, on-premise to cloud. We convert schemas and code and check data parity automatically.
AWS ⇄ GCPOracle → PostgreSQLOn-prem → CloudFrequently asked questions
Is migration to AWS really free?
Yes, for eligible workloads moving from on-premise or another cloud provider to AWS. As a registered AWS Partner, we use AWS migration programmes and credits to cover the migration effort. We confirm eligibility during a free assessment before any work starts.
Can you help us get AWS credits?
Yes. We help you identify and apply for AWS credits and funding programmes you may be eligible for, including migration and startup programmes.
Which clouds do you support?
Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud, including migrations between them in either direction and from on-premise or other hosting providers.
How much downtime should we expect?
For most workloads, cutover takes minutes because data is continuously replicated beforehand. We measure the exact window during rehearsals before the real cutover.
Can we migrate in phases?
Yes. We usually group workloads into waves, starting with lower-risk services, so your team builds confidence before the critical systems move.
What do we get at the end?
Infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, and Terraform if preferred), architecture diagrams, runbooks, monitoring dashboards and a handover session with your team.
Often paired with
Scripted migrations
Homogeneous and heterogeneous migrations run from scripts you can repeat. We rehearse, time and cut over in days.
