Cut your cloud bill. Pay us only from what we save.
Most of the savings need no changes to your application code. We start with a free analysis of your AWS invoice, make the infrastructure changes and measure the reduction. Our fee is 20% of the verified saving, so our incentives match yours.
Savings estimator
Everything you need, nothing you don't
No application changes
Savings come from infrastructure, pricing and configuration, so your developers don't rewrite anything and releases aren't disrupted.
Free AWS invoice analysis
We go through your AWS bill line by line and send you a written list of savings opportunities, free and with no obligation.
Right-sizing
Compute, databases, Kubernetes node pools and caches resized to match real usage instead of peak guesses.
Commitments, sized correctly
Savings Plans, Reserved Instances and Committed Use Discounts, sized so you don't over-commit.
Waste removal
Idle instances, orphaned volumes and snapshots, unattached IPs, forgotten environments and logs kept too long.
Architecture changes
Graviton/ARM, spot and preemptible capacity, autoscaling, serverless where it fits, and storage tiering.
Data transfer
Cheaper network paths, CDN offload, NAT gateway costs, and moving cross-AZ and cross-region traffic.
Cost guardrails
Budgets, anomaly alerts, tagging policy and a monthly cost report so savings last.
AWS credits support
As a registered AWS Partner, we help you apply for AWS credits and funding programmes you may be eligible for.
How an engagement runs
Free invoice analysis
Share read-only billing access or your invoice. We send back a written list of opportunities.
Baseline
We agree on the baseline from your last 1–3 months of billing, normalised for growth.
Opportunity report
A prioritised list of savings with risk and effort for each item. You approve what we change.
Implement
We make the changes in controlled batches with rollback plans and no loss of performance.
Measure & invoice 20%
We bill 20% of the verified saving for the agreed period. If there's no saving, there's no fee.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to change our application code?
No. Most savings come from right-sizing, commitments, storage tiering, waste removal and pricing models, none of which touch your code. Where a code change would unlock more savings, we'll point it out, but it's always optional.
Is the AWS invoice analysis really free?
Yes. We review your AWS bill and send you a written list of savings opportunities at no cost and with no obligation. You decide afterwards whether to work with us.
How is the 20% fee calculated?
We agree on a baseline monthly spend before starting. After changes go live, the fee is 20% of the measured reduction against that baseline for the agreed period. If we don't reduce your bill, you don't pay.
What if our usage grows during the engagement?
The baseline is normalised for growth, for example by cost per request, per order or per active user. You aren't charged for savings that are really just lower traffic, and growth doesn't hide real savings.
Will cost cutting hurt performance or reliability?
No. Every change is checked against performance and availability targets. Often the best savings come from fixing inefficiencies, such as slow queries, which also makes the system faster.
Do you need admin access to our cloud account?
We start with read-only billing and resource access. Changes are made through your change process, ideally as infrastructure as code, with your approval.
Often paired with
Database query & performance optimisation
We find and fix the slow queries, missing indexes and schema problems that hold back your product and inflate your bill.
